What happens when the internet goes off?
Nothing changes for your staff. The hub at your venue keeps taking orders and payments over your own Wi-Fi, and sends everything to the cloud when the connection comes back.
Do my staff need new phones?
No. The staff app runs on ordinary Android phones. Each staff member signs in with their own PIN, so every order and payment has a name on it.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in their phone’s browser.
Who sets it up?
We do. We load your menu and stock, print your table QR codes, set up the hub and train your staff at your venue.
Is it only for bars?
It works for bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants and hotels, including venues with several outlets like a main bar, a VIP section, a kitchen and a suya spot.
